This novel swept me off my feet and had me officially fall in love with the writing style of Colleen Hoover.
Leeds and Layla have a fairytale romance. Until one day, Leeds’s past comes back to haunt him. Recovering from a horrible attack, Layla has changed. A bit too much. As Leeds takes her back to the place they met, he falls in love all over again with a different guest. One who might be exactly what he’s looking for in Layla.
The twist in this novel was exquisite. I loved how the reveals came out, and the slow build towards the ending was fantastic.It took me a very long time to start to question it. Willow has become one of my favorite characters of all time.
Another masterpiece by Colleen Hoover, I’d suggest this novel to anyone who might enjoy a little… twist… in their romance.
Five out of five stars for me. Every element of this story was executed to perfection.
